Before I started to really market on YouTube I use to hear people talking about using a “YouTube Friend Blaster“.  Now I don’t know about you but at the time, I had no idea what the heck they were talking about.  I use to say to myself, “What’s a YouTube Friend Blaster and what do you do with it?”  Well, I thought I’d answer this question.

First off, “What’s a YouTube Friend Blaster?”

A YouTube Friend Blaster is some sort of a computer program that helps you get friends on YouTube.

Now one thing I need to mention about YouTube friends.  Recently, YouTube has changed their platform a bit and they’ve taken away the “Friend” part of the site.  Now they’re YouTube contacts and you’re being pushed to add them to being a “Subscriber”.  Only time will tell how this will finally look but I know it’ll be cool.  (For the rest of the post I’m going to use “Friend” and “Contact” interchangeably.

Anyways, a friend or contact on YouTube is a great thing.  In my eyes you cant have to many of these because you can do so much with them.

If you think about it in terms of marketing the bigger the list of contacts that you have, the more people you can put your business in front of.  From my eyes it’s like the cornerstone to marketing.

So what a YouTube Friend Blaster does is it automatically adds YouTube friends or YouTube contacts to your address book.  This is really big.

Now I don’t know if you know this or not but YouTube, as well as a lot of other social sites, watch out for people doing things that’s out of the ordinary.  (Like adding 500 friends in a single day.)

That’s where a good YouTube Friend Blaster comes in.  It’s smart enough to add friends in a random more manual fashion.  This get’s you the YouTube contacts that you want without you having to do it manually plus you wont need to worry about your account getting slapped.

You Just Set It Up And The You Forget It.

Now there’s a lot of things that you can do with all of your YouTube friends but to be upfront, that’s an entire post just on it’s own so I’m not going to get into that here.  It would be just too much for this post.
